Our goal at kingparking.us is to make your purchasing experience easy, efficient, and affordable, so we can get you on your way to your travel destination. The following policies are designed to ensure your satisfaction and understanding of the purchase process.

kingparking.us does not operate or determine parking availability. We arrange parking reservations on behalf of independently owned and operated parking facilities, referred to as Parking Partners.

kingparking.us arranges parking reservations and offers complimentary transportation to and from the airport on behalf of independently owned and operated parking partners. We do not operate the parking facilities or transportation services and do not set the parking rates.

We accept the following payment methods: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. All charges are in USD.

Credit Card Billing: Your credit card is charged when you submit your reservation online. Your statement will indicate the purchase as from King Parking.

We understand that plans can change. We offer a hassle-free cancellation policy — you may cancel any time before the start date and time of your reservation for a full refund. We cannot accept cancellation requests after the scheduled arrival date and time.

All cancellation requests must be made through kingparking.us, not directly with the parking facility. Unused parking reservations will not be refunded.

To cancel, click the "cancel your reservation" link in your confirmation email. You will receive an email confirmation upon successful cancellation.

You must present your online payment receipt to receive your quoted price and credit. If you do not present your receipt at the parking lot, you will not receive credit and the online payment will not be refunded at a later date.

All parking facilities are located within close proximity to the airport or seaport. Directions will be included in the booking confirmation emailed to you immediately upon reservation. Directions are provided to the best of our knowledge from Parking Partners and Google Maps. We advise that you plan your route in advance, as adjustments may be necessary.

All parking facilities are generally accessible 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Check-in and shuttle services are available during the facility's normal business hours; holiday hours may vary.

Facilities will not accept commercial, recreational, or oversized vehicles that cannot fit into a single parking stall. All facilities operate on a "Park At Your Own Risk" basis. The operator is not responsible for your vehicle or any items left inside.

Complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport is provided during facility hours. Please allow at least 30 additional minutes when arriving at the parking facility to ensure you reach the airport on time. Most airports recommend arriving at least 2 hours before your scheduled flight — add no less than 30 minutes for the shuttle service. If you wish to use the facility but not the shuttle, you may check in in advance by calling the facility's front desk.

You may make a reservation on behalf of another person. Simply enter the name of the person parking the vehicle on the online booking form.

By booking with us, you authorize us to charge to your credit card any additional parking fees owed for each day beyond your original reservation. The additional daily rate is the one shown on the website at the time of booking.

The reservation drop-off and arrival times refer to your arrival at the parking location, not your flight times. If your flight is delayed, please email us or visit our website to extend your reservation. If you do not extend through our website, you may be charged the premium rate directly by the parking location.

If your vehicle remains in the facility for more than 5 days beyond your reservation end date, the operator reserves the right to have your vehicle towed at your sole cost and expense.

This website connects travelers with privately owned parking facility operators. The operator makes every good-faith effort to honor your reservation; however, in the event of unforeseen circumstances — including Acts of God, war, or severe weather — your reservation could be cancelled. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with using this website, dealing with parking operators, and parking at any facility.

This website and its content are provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator disclaims all warranties, including those of non-infringement, fitness for a particular purpose, and merchantability. The operator does not warrant that the website will operate without error or that it is free of computer viruses or other harmful mechanisms.

In no event shall kingparking.us, its Parking Partners, or any related third parties be liable for any damages — including incidental, consequential, loss of profits, or data loss — resulting from or related to the use or inability to use this website or its services, regardless of the legal theory on which such claim is based.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless kingparking.us, its Parking Partners, directors, officers, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liabilities, losses, suits, claims, or expenses of any kind arising from: (1) reservations made through this service; (2) use or occupancy of any parking facility; (3) use of any shuttle service; and (4) any travel-related costs arising from missed or rescheduled flights, lodging, or other indirect expenses.

Any disputes between you and the operator arising from reservations made through this service or the use of any parking facility shall be subject to jurisdiction only in the state where the parking facility is located. All parties consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts of such state.

You and the operator expressly waive your respective rights to a trial by jury for any action arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions represent the entire understanding between you and the operator and supersede any prior offers, promises, or representations. Your use of this website constitutes acceptance of these terms. You acknowledge that these Terms and Conditions are subject to change without prior notice; however, any changes after a reservation is made will not apply to that specific reservation.

Review your travel itinerary carefully — including departure and return dates and times — before purchasing your reservation. To make changes, email parking@kingparking.us. All changes must be made at least 24 hours before the drop-off date. Extension fees are charged at the daily rate shown on the website at the time of booking.

kingparking.us functions as a third-party connector between travelers and parking lot or hotel operators. We are not involved in the direct transaction between the traveler and the parking operator and have no control over the quality or safety of any parking facility.

You agree to hold harmless kingparking.us and its Associates from any loss or damage to your vehicle or person incurred as a result of dealings with those Associates. We do not accept responsibility for any damages to customers' vehicles, personal belongings, or persons.

Hotel parking partners must be located within 4 miles of the airport or seaport, provide a free shuttle service every day (including weekends), and maintain a parking lot with ample spaces to accommodate kingparking.us customers.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, that provision shall be ineffective only to the extent of the invalidity. The remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

kingparking.us may update these terms at any time. Your continued use of this website constitutes acceptance of the terms in force at the time of your use.
