✅ Free Cancellation
FULL REFUND if you cancel any time up to and including your scheduled arrival date and time. We will not accept any cancellation after the scheduled arrival date and time. Please be sure to cancel in advance to qualify for a FULL REFUND. All cancellation must be made to King Parking. Not the parking facility.
How to Cancel Your Reservation
We understand that plans can change and sometimes you may need to cancel your parking reservation. That's why we offer a hassle-free cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your reservation, you can do so on our website.
If you need to cancel your reservation, simply click on the "cancel your reservation" link provided in your email confirmation of your parking reservation. You can also manage your reservation by visiting kingparking.us/manage.
Once you cancel, you will receive an email confirmation of your cancellation.
Full Refund Policy
As long as you cancel any time before the start date and time of your reservation, you will receive a full refund. Please note that we cannot accept any cancellation requests after the scheduled arrival date and time. To ensure a smooth cancellation process, please remember to cancel in advance.

- All cancellation requests must be made through kingparking.us, and not directly with the parking facility.
- Unused parking reservations will not be refunded. Make sure to use your reservation to avoid any disappointment.
- We are unable to accept partial refunds for schedule changes or early returns.
Where to Cancel
All cancellations must be made through our website at kingparking.us/manage or by using the cancellation link provided in your reservation confirmation email. Cancellations may not be processed if requested directly with the parking facility.
Refund Processing
Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days after cancellation, depending on your financial institution. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the reservation.
Changes to Your Reservation
If you need to modify your reservation dates instead of cancelling, you can update your reservation through your account or by emailing us at parking@kingparking.us. All changes must be made 24 hours in advance of your drop off date.
