Clear rules for booking, changing and cancelling your parking with King Parking.

Reservations

Reservations are made on kingparking.us. Enter your airport, dates and times to see every available partner lot and pick the best fit. All-inclusive pricing is shown up front — the rate you see is the rate you pay, with no hidden fees at checkout.

After booking you will receive a confirmation email with the full address of the partner facility, driving directions, your reservation number and any specific check-in instructions. Bring that confirmation with you on the day of arrival.

Cancellations and changes

Plans change. Most reservations may be cancelled or modified through your account or by contacting support — see the cancellation policy for full details, including required notice and any partner-specific conditions.

Refunds are processed to the original form of payment, typically within 7–10 business days.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards — Visa, MasterCard and American Express — processed securely through Authorize.net. Your card information is never stored on our servers.

Parking options & shuttle

Each partner facility lists its own options — self-park, valet, covered or uncovered — and most include complimentary shuttle service to and from the terminal. The shuttle schedule for each lot is shown on the booking page so you can pick the option that matches your flight.
