Parking guests will check in at the front desk to complete a liability waiver and receive a parking pass. During check-in, the shuttle will be called so it’s ready as soon as paperwork is complete.
The shuttle operates daily from 4:20 AM to 12:00 PM, with departures every 20 minutes. The last shuttle leaves at 11:45 PM. Guests must book their shuttle at least one hour in advance by calling the front desk at 615-391-3919.
Upon return, once you’ve collected your bags, please call the same number to request pickup. We recommend arriving at the shuttle stop at least 10 minutes early, as shuttles depart on time.
Please note: the shuttle is not wheelchair accessible.
