ALL CUSTOMERS, PLEASE PARK ON FLOORS 6 OR 7 OF THE PARKING GARAGE. The first shuttle for passengers embarking on the ship is at 10 am. Shuttles run approximately every 30 minutes thereafter. Last shuttle is 1:45 PM. NO EXCEPTIONS. The first shuttle for pick up is from the ship to the parking location is at 8 am. Shuttles run approximately every 30 minutes thereafter. Additional return instructions will be given at check-in. Have your reservation confirmation email ready to show either printed or on your phone 1. Grab garage ticket dispensed at garage entrance 2. Please hold on to ticket. It will be validated when you return. 3. If ticket is lost, you will be responsible for lost ticket fee. We suggest leaving the ticket on dashboard 4. Park on any level 5. Use elevator on the east side to check-in and receive shuttle information. 6. You must validate the ticket when you return. If you do not the garage will charge to exit. Complimentary shuttle for 4 passengers. Any additional passenger will be an extra $10 per person. Parking garage remains open 24/7, if you'd like to check in after business hours. Ticket Validation: Validating your garage ticket is the most important step of parking at this location. Ticket may only be validated when you return from your cruise.
