Please remember to print your receipt and bring it with you to the parking lot. Present it to the valet attendant upon arrival. Failure to provide your receipt will result in denial of service, and no refund will be issued. The shuttle operates daily between 6:30 AM and 10:30 PM, departing every hour at the half-hour mark (e.g., 6:30 AM, 7:30 AM, 8:30 AM). Please note that wait times may vary depending on travel volume. When you are ready for pick-up at the airport, simply call 718-888-1234 and press "0" to speak with a representative and schedule the shuttle. Important: To ensure you make your flight on time, please plan to arrive at the parking location at least 2 hours before your scheduled departure. Arriving later than this may risk missing your flight.
