Arrival
When you arrive at the hotel, please head to the front desk and present your pre-paid parking reservation to our team. They will gladly provide you with a validation code to register your vehicle, ensuring your car is fully approved and secure while you are away. Please park safely in accordance with the hotel signage, and feel free to ask the front desk staff if you have any questions. Once you are parked, simply gather your belongings and head over to the shuttle pick-up area.
Transfer
To head to the airport, our complimentary shuttle service runs daily from 4:00 AM to 12:00 AM. Shuttles depart promptly every 30 minutes (on the hour and half-hour) to ensure a smooth, stress-free ride straight to your terminal.
Return
Once you have landed and collected all your luggage, please give us a call at (602) 244-8800 to request an on-demand shuttle pick-up back to the hotel. Our return service is available until 12:00 AM. Please allow up to 30 minutes for our driver to arrive at the terminal pick-up area to collect you. Have a safe journey home!
