Upon arrival, please check in at the front desk to register your vehicle and receive your parking pass. Display the pass on your rearview mirror for the duration of your stay. Once check-in is complete, the shuttle will transport you to the airport.
Shuttle runs 24/7 every 30 minutes.
Once you have collected your luggage, please call (859) 746-5611 to request pick-up. The shuttle collects passengers every 30 minutes at the Ground Transport West, Zone 3, departing at the top and bottom of each hour.
Airlines suggest arriving at airport 2 hours preflight; be sure to arrive at parking location before this 2 hour window.
