NO shuttle between 2 AM and 4 AM
4:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Shuttle runs every 30 minutes.
12:00 PM - 6:00 PM: Shuttle runs every 1 hour.
6:00 PM - 1:30 AM: Shuttle runs every 30 minutes.
1:30 AM - 4:00 AM: No shuttle.
