Upon arrival, please present your parking reservation at the hotel front desk. You will receive a validation code and be asked to register your vehicle using the QR code provided at the front desk. All vehicles must be properly registered.
QR code registration includes license plate information, phone number, duration of stay, and validation code.
The hotel shuttle runs to the airport every 20 minutes from 3am to 11am.
The shuttle is on call from 11am to 3am for departures.
For arrivals the hotel is on call 24/7
To arrange for a pick-up when at the airport, please call 503-256-5000 after picking up your luggage and are ready to go
Airlines suggest arriving at airport 2 hours preflight; be sure to arrive at parking location before this 2 hour window.
